Today was an exciting day at our school! We had special guests from VRAR Chicago visit us. They brought high-tech Virtual Reality (VR) headsets for our students to try.
With these headsets, students could step inside different jobs and see what they are like in real life. It felt like being inside a movie or a video game, but they were learning about real careers!
Helping Students Plan for High School This event was a great way for students to think about their future. It helps them see which jobs they like. Now, they can choose the right classes and programs in CPS Career and Technological Education (CTE) to get ready for those jobs.
Our students had a wonderful time and learned a lot. Thank you to VRAR Chicago for coming, and thank you to our students for being so curious and respectful!
